Waste of time

Ive only been able to use 3 lessons of the 24 lessons available because the rest are locked until you review the app, at which point they say they will unlock another 12 lessons for you for free in order to continue learning, so I assume at some point this app is no longer free. However, another 12 free lessons just for reviewing seems ok. So, so far it seems nice; should be a decent method to get my foot in the door for the basics of French.

D6527ED475 : So the app doesnt fully unlock until you submit a review and include a code specific to your device which they then unlock. I would have liked to know about that before spending the time to download it, I will adjust the rating based on the time it takes to receive unlocked version and the quality of that content.

Even though i docked a star for the it being less than aesthetically pleasing Dont fooled by the interface. It may not be that athletically pleasing but its efficient and effective in teaching the French language without leaving you wondering what a word or phrase means like in other language learning apps. I really appreciate how the app says the words and phrases in English first the two times in French. -- though I do wish there was an option to repeat only the French more times without hearing the English. At any rate, overall great app to learn french in a timely manner when studied daily of course. Consistency is the mother of all skills until something is learned.
